SALON POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS

We kindly ask that all new guests arrive 10 minutes early to find parking, get settled and relax before your service begins. Due to limited space in the salon, and to ensure each guest receives the most relaxing experience during their visit, we ask that you please arrange childcare for any child under the age of 10 not receiving salon services, and leave your furry family members at home (only service animals are permitted inside the salon).

 

A credit card is required to hold all services scheduled at Blush Hair and Makeup Design.

 

LATE APPOINTMENTS

Blush Hair and Makeup Design, and its stylists, will only hold your service for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled service start time.  After this, your service will be considered a missed appointment. Should you arrive later, your stylist may choose to proceed forward with your service should the time left adequately allows for its completion, but, also reserves the right to reschedule your service.  Please note that you will be charged the full amount of services reserved for any appointment considered missed, or in the case that your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to tardiness. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Blush Hair and Makeup Design, and its stylists, have a 48-hour cancellation and reschedule policy for all salon services. Because salon appointments are reserved especially for you, we appreciate this notice in order to offer your reservation to another guest.  To cancel or reschedule your appointment within the appropriate time frame, you may go online at www.blushhmd.com (click the Schedule tab) or contact your stylist directly.

If you need to reschedule, or cancel with less than 48-hours notice, please contact your stylist directly. Half of the services reserved will be charged to your credit card on file.

If you need to reschedule, or cancel on the date of your appointment, please contact your stylist directly. The full amount of the services reserved will be charged to your credit card on file.

Please note that cancellations left on our studio voicemail machine will not be accepted, as our stylists may not receive your cancellation until well after your scheduled service begins. Messages are checked by our remote receptionist once daily.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full value of the services reserved. Additionally, guests who miss more than three appointments, or who are habitually late, will lose the ability to reserve future appointments with our stylists. 

SICK GUESTS

We ask that all ill guests please contact their stylist to reschedule if they are sick, as we would love to opportunity to remain well. In the occurrence that your stylist is sick, as a courtesy, they will contact you for the option to reschedule.

REFUSAL OF SERVICES

Blush Hair and Makeup Design, and its stylists, reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.   Due to time constraints, for all appointments booked online, Blush Hair and Makeup Design reserves the right to reschedule any appointments where clients did not reserve the correct type of services allowing adequate time.  Please contact your stylist for any questions you may have prior to booking your services online.
