What we have to say...

cleaning personal use makeup brushes.

Hey Everyone!

I’ve been trying to find the most effective way to clean makeup brushes without breaking the bank!  GOOD brush cleaners run upwards of $20 per bottle, and honestly don’t last for as many cleanings as you would expect.  I’ve tried other common methods like mixing dish soap and olive oil and I really don’t achieve the results I want.  Most often the dish soap lingers in the brush and continues to lather after many, many, many rinses.

Randomly, I was in a crunch and washing my personal brushes because they were way past due for cleaning.  I thought to myself I wonder how this foaming soap I have at my sink would work.  So, I pumped a few pumps into my hand, got my brush wet, swished my brush around in my hand, and the entire brush was cleansed!!!  Not only this, but no additional lather after I rinsed, no residue from the brush and it had an amazing clean scent!!

May I officially recommend for your brush cleansing needs… drum roll please… Method Foaming Spray in the scent Sea Minerals.  This soap retails for $2.99 at Target.  Try it and let me know what you think!!!
